Marinated Feta



430 g feta, diced

1 tsp whole pepper corns

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

2/3 cup sunflower oil

1/3 cup olive oil



  1. Place feta, seasonings and oils in air tight container and keep in fridge before serving.


Entertaining tips:

  • You can marinate feta for a couple of days, just keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Marinated feta is best served with rustic bread or ciabatta so guests can enjoy the beautiful olive oil and herbs mixture.
