Kohlrabi Slaw

1 kohlrabi, peeled and grated

1 big carrot, grated

1 apple, grated

1 small onion, grated

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

red wine vinegar, to taste

olive oil, to taste



  1. In a big bowl, combine kohlrabi, carrot, apple and onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Gently mix to combine.


Entertaining tips:

  • Serve Kohlrabi Slaw as a part of a course dinner or as a part of a buffet or food station.
  • You can make the slaw a day before the party and keep in refrigerator, but season it short time before you are ready to serve it.
