Honeybread Cookies





600 g all purpose flour

4 eggs, beaten

50 ml sunflower or canola oil

1 tsp baking powder

200 g sugar

4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract

grounded cinnamon, to taste



  1. In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix to combine.
  2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place into a fridge for minimum of one hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to180°C.
  4. Form a ball from a dough and place at the baking tray lined with baking paper, repeating until all the dough is used.
  5. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown and baked through.
