Garlic Green Beans

4 cups green beans, trimmed

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste



  1. In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and add green beans. Lower the heat. Cook until green beans soften, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add garlic, season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
