Coconut Bliss




200 g white chocolate

100 g butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 1/2 cup coconut shreds

roasted almonds, whole

desiccated coconut, for coating



  1. Melt chocolate with butter.
  2. In a big bowl, combine melted chocolate and butter with coconut oil, condensed milk, and coconut shreds.
  3. Place the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. With the coconut mixture form a ball around one almond and coat with desiccated coconut.


Entertaining tips:

  • Coconut Bliss is a great dessert to have on hand during party season. It is easy to make, doesn’t require baking and holds well in refrigerator for days.
  • You can serve this dessert to children but I suggest not to put almond in the middle to avoid food allergy or chocking.
