200 g white chocolate
100 g butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 1/2 cup coconut shreds
roasted almonds, whole
desiccated coconut, for coating
Melt chocolate with butter.
In a big bowl, combine melted chocolate and butter with coconut oil, condensed milk, and coconut shreds.
Place the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.
With the coconut mixture form a ball around one almond and coat with desiccated coconut.
- Coconut Bliss is a great dessert to have on hand during party season. It is easy to make, doesn’t require baking and holds well in refrigerator for days.
- You can serve this dessert to children but I suggest not to put almond in the middle to avoid food allergy or chocking.
