CLASSIC TOMATO SALAD
4 tomatoes, halved and sliced
3 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
1 red onion, halved and sliced
For the Vinaigrette:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
- Place all the vegetables into a serving dish, pour over the vinaigrette and gently mix.
- Serve it cold, as a part of buffet or food station or at dinner party.
- It pairs extremely well with all the BBQ goods you make.
- It is the perfect salad to serve at your last-minute party.
