Butter and Black Pepper Cauliflower Mash

 

BUTTER AND BLACK PEPPER

CAULIFLOWER MASH

servings: 2 – 4

 

Ingredients:

10 cups cauliflower florets

4 tbsp butter

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

water

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook cauliflower in salted water. Drain and return to the same pot.
  2. While still hot (carefully) mash with a fork or potato masher.
  3. Add butter and black pepper. Mix until butter is melted.

 

Entertaining tips:

  • Cauliflower mash is a great alternative to a classic potato mash.
  • In my experience, it taste the best when made short time before serving.
